I am Agustinus Naban from Flores. I have been working for tourism since 1992, and now, I am a freelance tour guide on Flores and several islands around Flores. I speak German and English. I work with my heart and I do believe serving people is a great job. CABO DAS FLORES & KOMODO DRAGON ADVENTURE

(09 DAYS / 08 NIGHTS)

Day 1
Labuanbajo arrival I will meet you at Komodo airport of Labuan Bajo, and arrange a your transfer to Bintang Flores of Ecolodge. Dinner by your own arrangements.

Day 2
Labuan Bajo-Rinca-Labuan Bajo Early morning excursion to Rinca to see the world wonder of Komodo dragons. On Rinca we will walk to a Ranger station, from where a Ranger will lead us to see the Komodo dragons. Then we sail back to Flores with stop at Bidadari Island for swimming and snorkelling at crystal water. Back to Labuan Bajo to the hotel.

       

Day 3
Labuan Bajo-Ruteng. After breakfast we depart to Ruteng with stop at Cara Village to see a spiderweb formed rice field, local people call it " lingko". Check in at the Sisters Guesthouse. In the afternoon visit Golo Curu Hill to view the spectacular panorama of rice terraces. Back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4
Ruteng-Bajawa. Depart to Bajawa, en-route stop at Ranamese Lake and Aimere at an arak destillery.Check in at Bintang Wisata or Silverin hotel. Afternoon, visit Bena, a living Museum. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5
Bajawa-Riung. After having breakfast at the hotel, we leave to Riung with a stop at a hot spring for a bath in water of 35-40 degrees. Then heading to Riung. Check in at hotel Bintang Wisata or Pondok SVD. Afternoon, visit Watu Sape to witness the spectacular view of the 17 island with white sandy beaches. Return to hotel for accommodation and overnight stay.

      

 
 
 
 
 
 

           

Day 6
Riung. At 08.00 am, sail to the islands, snorkelling and relax at white sand beaches .Afternoon sail back to mainland for accommodation.

Day 7
Riung-Moni. A long journey to Riung with a stop at the Blue Stone Beach, Flores Tabel Mountain. Forward to Moni, check in at Kelimutu Moni Ecolodge or Flores Sare. In the evening, witness a traditional dance at Anakalo Moni. Overnight stay.

Day 8
Moni-Maumere. Early morning, we climb the Kelimutu with it's mysterious and dramatic sight on the three crater lakes with each lake its own colour. Breakfast will be after visiting of Kelimutu. Then, visit Jopu, a traditional village to see the adat houses of the Lio tribe. Than to Wolowaru to see chesnut process. Then onward to Paga:. here you will enjoy a dance performance and gong gendang music played by local people. Continue to Maumere. Check in at hotel Wailiti. Overnight stay.

     

Day 9
Maumere. Visit Watublapi or Hokor Village to see another dance performance and ikat weaving Back to hotel for accommodation and overnight stay.

Day 10
Maumere-Departure. At 05:45 am, transfer to ther airport for your flight to your next destination.

NOTE: We organise all kinds of variations to this trip, trekkings, sleeping wit local people in remote villages etc. We are also very flexible in arranging a tour in less days , for example a 3 days trip for Kelimutu or Komodo Dragon Adventure.
